Mentor Onboarding
Thank you for your interest in mentoring with the College Now Mentoring Program! We are so excited to work with you!
Below, you will find information on the three onboarding steps you must complete in order to mentor with us. You will receive periodic email reminder listing out which steps you still need to complete. All applicants must complete all steps by June 2023 in order to be guaranteed consideration for a match for the 2023/2024 academic year.

Mentor Onboarding Steps
1. Schedule and attend a 30-minute telephone interview with College Now staff. You can schedule here.

- The purpose of the interview is to determine if the program is a good fit for you, and to get to know you so we can make the best match for you. We will ask you situational questions you may face while mentoring, and also ask you for more details about your career path, your personal interests, and your background
2. Attend a 90-minute orientation. See links below to register for a session.

- As of fall 2022, all orientations will be offered via Zoom webinar. Current orientation options and their registration links are listed below. This list will be updated as more orientations are scheduled; however, we encourage you to attend the soonest orientation that fits in your schedule.

We will also reach out via email to the two references you provided.
Once you complete all steps, you will be accepted into Chronus as a volunteer mentor. Matching will begin in June 2023, but it’s possible you would be contacted about an upperclassman match prior to the summer.
