Sixty years ago, College Now began with a simple idea: every student deserves the chance to pursue education after high school. Since 1967, that idea has grown into a movement that has helped generations of students and adult learners find their path, overcome barriers and build brighter futures through education. 

A lot has changed over the last six decades, and so have we. What started as helping students access college has expanded into scholarships, college and career advising, financial aid counseling, mentoring, support for adult learners and so much more. Along the way, we’ve had the privilege of celebrating countless acceptance letters, graduations, career milestones and life-changing moments alongside the people we serve. 

This Diamond Anniversary is a celebration of every student who dared to dream bigger, every mentor who shared their time, every donor and partner who believed in our mission, and every person who helped make opportunity possible. As we reflect on where we’ve been, we’re just as excited about where we’re going—and the futures we’ll help shape for generations to come. 

For 60 years, College Now has helped students and adult learners turn their goals into reality. While we are proud of the legacy we’ve built, we know the work is far from finished. 

The next six decades will bring new opportunities, new challenges and new ways to support our community. Our commitment remains the same: expanding access to education, providing guidance and resources, and helping more people achieve their dreams. With the continued support of our community, we will keep building a future where everyone has the opportunity to succeed.
