This milestone is an opportunity to reflect on six decades of lives changed, communities strengthened and futures transformed. Throughout the evening, we’ll celebrate the students, alumni, educators, donors, volunteers and partners whose support has expanded access to higher education across Northeast Ohio—and recognize the impact still to come.

Ascend reimagines the beloved Bags & Bourbon fundraiser into a signature anniversary celebration designed to bring the College Now community together.

Guests will enjoy the signature experiences they’ve come to love—including bourbon, bags and opportunities to connect—alongside special moments created exclusively for our 60th anniversary. With inspiring stories, meaningful conversations and celebratory touches throughout the evening, Ascend offers a chance to honor our shared history while investing in the next generation of Northeast Ohio students.

The need for College Now’s work has never been greater. Within the next decade, nearly two-thirds of jobs in Northeast Ohio will require a college degree or high-value credential.
